"Beautiful discovery in Saint Maur. Very good and well copied dishes. Spring rolls were very good and ravioli soup too. Caramel pork (drink of the day was excellent. Small flat on the pho that could have simmered even longer with more spices (badiane, cinnamon, coriander... . My new Vietnamese canteen with a great welcome! I'll be back!"
