"Today I went to Vietnam for the first time. The building is very plain, without fancy decorations or ornaments. Once you get through the front door, you realize you've made a bad mistake. Since I was there with coworkers, I couldn't back out. There wasn't anyone there. We were offered a booth and since two of us were a little larger, we asked for a table instead. The table we were given had phone books, a big box, and some other stuff. The waitress just pushed it over to the side, so were were extremely cramped. We never got a refill on our drinks, we had to ask for napkins, and quite frankly my food was horribly plain. I ordered the Beef Chow Mein. It was drab at best. The beef was minimal and chewy. Also, they bring you the check, but then don't return to see if they can take your card for you. We had to take our check to the front. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone ever."

"The restaurant is clean. Family-owned and operated. The staff remembers the customer and knows what orders they enjoy. Smiling faces greet you at the door. Food is reasonably priced. Seated immediately. Fast take out orders. The pork fried rice is good. Sweet and sour pork or chicken is nice. Egg Foo Yung is awesome. The sweet and sour sauce is rather sweet and is something I do get tired of after a while. I do find myself craving the food from this restaurant when it's been a while since my last visit. I would recommend China Seas to friends."
