Check out their new artisanal beer range..these are delicious, and rock and swing to the music..its generally rolling stones or like! "Staying at Chateau Bourron, this restaurant is steps away. Go out the private gate, around the corner, and you feel like you must be heading the wrong way, and there is a hidden gate to a hidden restaurant of wonder! We had just gotten into town, and made a reservation at the best restaurant in the area. Luckily we dressed up, because it is a lovely, formal affair with numerous servers and incredible service and romantic setting. Restaurant is through the garden, and in the round. Tables are set up to give you privacy. There is a second dining room that was not in use that night. The food here is incredible. Presentation is more than creative. You can order the set Menu, a la Carte, and other options of courses. Numerous extras even with the Menu. The bread itself is a meal. Gratis beginner entrée, palate cleansers, everything is first class. You have two options for each course on the set Menu but all are fabulous, so no need to worry if you choose that menu option. Our server helped us choose wine, and was helpful in English with the French menu. Though formal, our server was personable and funny, and we enjoyed our dining experience very much! Each part of our meal was gorgeously presented and incredibly delicious. I think I could eat the foie gras de canard entrée every night and never tire of it! So many tastes to please the palate in one entrée!! My husband loved the sea bass entrée. The lamb for both of us with gnocchi was exceptional, as was the more than generous cheese plates. The meringue dessert was as delicious as it was beautiful. Extra chocolates to finish our meal were fabulous. We met the amazing chef who is so young but has been chef in major cities and restaurants. I do hope they receive the Michelin Star. They deserve it. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful French meal in such a beautiful setting. I 'm sure you could tell that we enjoyed our lovely night very much! I can see why people come from Paris all of the time. Les Premices is the Not to be missed restaurant of your visit! Hidden gem in small town Bourron."
