"Wir verbrachten mit Freunden einen wunderschönen Abend im Restaurant „ZUR EMS“. Das Menü begann mit einem Gruß aus der Küche. Warm aus dem Backofen kommende gefüllte Brötchen mit einem sehr leckeren Aufstrich waren der Beginn eines exquisiten Menüs. Der Hauptgang mit gefüllten Schweinefilets, Kalbsschnitzel mit Pfifferlingen und der Beilage Röstkartoffeln, waren ein Genuss. Der dazugehörige Salatteller war frisch, knackig und geschmackvoll zubereitet. Nicht nur das frisch gezapfte Pils sondern auch der empfohlene Wein, rundete das gesamte Menü ab. Hier nochmal das Lob für die ausgezeichnete Beratung/Empfehlung der Weine. Das Servicepersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dafür herzlichen Dank. Diese Küche müssen wir auf jeden Fall noch oft genießen."
