"We were in the other night for supper and were greeted promptly. We were served by Angel and we like to come here when she is working. My toddler asks for her. She is patient with him and understanding. While it is busy, We never feel rushed and can enjoy a family meal with excellent service. Angel is efficient at what she does and handles multiple things at the same time with ease. She is easy to talk to checks on us, asks if the food is ok and gets whatever we need. She’s on top of our refills too. She goes out of her way above and beyond to make our experience awesome each time we come. Kuddos to Angel.Kid-friendliness: The waitress Angel was very patient with my toddler and helpful in getting him to stay in his seat. She was very good with him."

"In a pinch and in a hurry, I always try to choose a fairly local, family-owned restaurant over a chain operation, but the chain operation next door might have been a better bet. Resting on its laurels? On the way out of business? Needs a complete overhaul, unfortunately."

"$35 plus tip for two chicken dinners, didn’t get fries with one or any drinks. We’re told drinks were a different combo. Baked potato was drier than the box it came in. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40"

"We visit this location today evening and had an awful service. We order potatoes wedges and tea through drive through. The potatoes wedges were very over cooked and it seems like they have resting their from very long time. We simply asked the drive through girl to change them , they are over cooked. She replied,” THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE.” She grab the bag rudely and told the co-worker to refund them in her native language. She didn’t even said sorry or didn’t give us a chance to grab anything else.What is it means by saying this is what we have. What if you guys have an over cooked chicken. Would you sell to customers by saying,”this is what we have.”She didn’t apologize and didn’t give us an offer to grab anything else. It was raining, people stop by to have something to eat not to be disrespectful. We are never visiting this location again and never recommend to other."

"We come in on a semi-regular basis and are greeted by the same young gentleman everytime. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and always goes out of his way to give the customer what they want. Great little Pita Pit location, it puts the ones I've been to on Ontario to shame hands down."

"Had reservations for 7 people including 2 little kids. Ordered our drink and foods received our drinks except my cousin didn't receive her pop. My other cousin ordered a Budweiser and got a bud light. After 45 mins we inquired about our appetizer .. after an hour we receive our onion bloom which the onions weren't even cooked.. they were hard and barely any batter. After waiting for an hour and a half we still never received our food so we walked out. Before that ordered after us got our meal way before we left. A man outside when we left said he got his meal in 10 mins. Terrible experience !"
