"I discovered the Bar Bistrot a few months ago. The frame is really top, and food reflects the high level of know-how of the cook. I have been there several times in recent months and have never been disappointed with the dishes. Only, I also met the manager. I was very soon uncomfortable because I saw him all the time with a glass of alcohol in my hand and that whatever time. He distracts misogynistic and very raw remarks to see virulent women in front of customers. I also saw it, with a high alcohol level, grunting children!!! who play calmly, in order to scare them. These behaviours have caused him to lose many customers so far. Since most of the time not in full possession of these means, the manager shouts after the cook to take orders, serve and cash customers in addition to his usual work. Knowing the cook, I also see that Marc has been manipulating him for years and enjoying his kindness. The great daily alcohol consumption of the manager digs the crate of the restaurant little by little and today he would like to bring the hat to his faithful cook who is honesty and a rare loyalty. It is really a shame to get there for a place that would have everything to work. I believe it is important today that the truth be revealed, and I know that I am not the only one to be of this opinion."
