"What a little gem in the Niagara region. The food prices and portions are very affordable and generous. The staffs are friendly and restaurant is spacious. "We spent a long day at Safari Niagara (Separate Review Posted) and couldn't wait to have something fresh and special to eat. Fortunate for us we found it before we even got back on the road! This truck is the BEST kept food secret in the Niagara area. Maestro Eddie was friendly, personable, fun, and everything you imagine a great trucker to be. He told us about the menu, made recommendations, and served us the best garlic parmesean fries we could ever remember tasting. One of us got the Pork Squared sandwich and the other enjoyed Eddie's finest Canadian Burger- both were amazing! When he found out we had yet to try Poutine on our Canadian vacation he promptly put together the quintessential Poutine plate and set it before us to enjoy- that's a chef who loves his craft and his customers! Everything was well priced (easily half of what you'd pay at a below average heat and eat restaurant near the falls) and fresh. This truck is going places and I wish we lived closer so I could go back, thank you for the wonderful experience, Eddie!"
