"Literally the worst experience.. they have up charged all of their items. I work right across the street we give them a lot of business. They now charge $8 for half a cheesesteak. Like ya know how u would get two half’s for a small? Like all places I’ve ever heard of. Nope now they charge u for half the sandwich which is still the same price a small cannoli, (which is an actual mini size cannoli) is $3. When u can buy 5 for a few dollars more."

"Man and I ate the first few times here. her eating is very well done and tasteful and we were impressed by the ambiente in the inner and authenticity of her meals. we thought this would be our new restaurant and have been here at least 4 or 5 times since the move to emmaus a month ago. but after the experience we had today, I can say we will not be back. we called for picking two orders from chicken pillow Thai, which in the round the only thing we order from there because we loved it so much. we came home and opened our dinner to find that they did not give us pad thai, but drunk noodles. so my man called the restaurant to let them know about the mix and simply asked if he could bring the food back to turn it off for the right order. the type that answered the phone got extremely defensive and rude words that like “Listen, I make these 5 days the week and I know what you said. I heard drunk noodles. they can exchange it, but that is not what they have ordered”. we have literally never ordered drunk noodles in any restaurant before in our lives and I stood right next to him when he placed the order on the phone - he very clearly said pad thai with huh. instead of just apologize for the mix, the guy continues to argue with him over the phone and insist that he was right and my man was wrong and has no warning what he was talking about. just fix the problem and continue! when we went back to the restaurant to turn off our food, the guy was there to give us our food and was again very rude to my man. my man told him how disappointed he was after the way he was spoken to on the phone and there was no excuse, who was just staring at him and then said, "if I don't think I had gone through all these troubles to remake it, okay?” the way he spoke to us was just as rude and unrespectful and we are over. this place has good food, but according to the way we were talking to today, we will take up our business elsewhere. really a shame."
