"The worst customer service of all time. the waiting staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been observing that they don't know what customer service is. I had to talk to the manager after a waiting staff was rude to us after I had reported that the mugs were dirty!"

"I had ordered a takeaway chicken rice noodle with less vegetables and less chicken and had specified to the staff I cannot eat veggies outside due to my dietary requirement. I collected my box, came na j to work and saw the box half full of vegetables and chicken. When called, the staff asked me to come back. I went back all the way wasting in total 20 minutes of my lunch time to show him the box.instead of apologising for wasting my time and offering another box, he very rudely three the box and gave the money back and also argued the veggies were not too much. Yes, your shop is busy and food is good but you definitely need to train your reception staff to drop the attitude and be more customer focused. I definitely will not be wasting my time coming to your place again and will advise my friends and family likewise"

"I went here the other day while I was shopping with my children. The staff were nice and friendly and answered any of my questions. In one of my happy meals I didn't receive one of the toys, I went back and asked for it and the staff member quickly fixed the mistake and apologised for the mistake. For a store that seems to have a-lot of younger staff while I was there, there wasn't any issues that I saw with any other customers. I am going to be coming back here. very pleased with my service."

"Terrible!! By far the worst thai food ive ever eaten. Panang had no flavour, tasted just like coconut milk. The pad thai was just a box of two minute noodles with a couple of tiny pieces of chicken. Deeply regret wasting my money here. The cashew nut stir fry was swimming in oil and runny flavourless sauce. Dont be fooled by the lure of free delivery as i was. This is shocking thai food and there are so many better options in the area."
