"Low customer service. it took 45 minutes for an online order. at least 6 foot-ins are served and left while waiting for my order. was very rudely treated when I asked for an update on my order, was caught and said to be patient! they finally saw them make my sandwich, it was in the queue for the entire 30 minutes I stood there, wait there to be finished, but they moved the walk in front of my sandwich. I had already paid and included a 20 tipp! but it didn't matter to them. has filed a complaint online about my experience with jersey mikes, which has also gone unanswered, they obviously don't give d about customer service. I'm not going back."

"The highlight of the menu is their great selection of hamburgers and related sandwiches, salads and appetizers. Although the food is tasty and is a good value, don 't expect a lot of selection: remember the name 'Burgers and Brews '. The facility was clean, open and comfortable, and our server Carrie made sure our dining experience was more than satisfactory."

"The pav bhaji burger was good. the remaining items were very bad. vada pav brot was rocky. noodle manchurian bowl had cold manchurian balls as they were from a refrigerator. when we complained, he said not old, but is kept at a temperature. the taste was also bad and all dishes are overloaded with sauces to cover up the tasteless eating. all dishes are prefabricated, assembled and heated in a microwave. for the price we pay fresh food is expected."
