"Headache? Not today! Before: We have been regular guests at Mettlach-Brauhaus for many, many years, we are always very satisfied and have been there for decades every year. Service and food were always excellent. What today on the 2nd. Christmas went wrong, every description mocked. It wasn't just with us when you noticed the side tables that can only go wrong. At first we had reserved a table a few months ago at the last visit, we wanted the exact same table again that was promised but ignored. That can happen. It was powerful, it can't always be perfect. Also the starter selection and production at the table worked perfectly, as did the first drinks. Then we ordered the main meal for us four immediately. After over an hour waiting time we asked once when the main courses come. That was with an alleged? Disorder in the cash register system explained. As an attentive observer, I noticed that I also remained unhindered with other guests and no or no food was served. Because of the waiting period, we were offered a free drink that we accepted. About 1 1/2 hours after the order came the most important courses that were extremely disappointing for us. Max lukewarm late zle, sweet on the plate draped carving, which probably came from the frituse to taste, and three times pork fillet, which each gastronom and cook would have thrown immediately on the garbage. Partly burned black, tough like leather, tastefully heated in the oven and deadly residues from the day before are simply eaten for three hours and again corresponding to 1x and 2x half. In the discussion question of one of the few and rarely seen farms, we have really pointed out the really bad food, what the exchange of one! Part was offered. Finally, two of our guests had already forced a few parts of it with the belief shoe sole before hunger. My reorder from Spätzle, made right at the beginning of the meal, was almost completely ignored and forgotten as expected, as well as beverage orders in between. The counted three roasted cartons were also unfit and apparently restored after cutting. They were fibrous, bone dry good to the meat and just bad. So we left the inedible meat on the plates, ate the side dishes and leave it clear. At the same time, we did not order the dessert of the path after 45 minutes, which is why we had also dispensed with it. That was the perfect crowning of this Christmas disaster. And, dear operator who you write here all the time, you should be better charged on site: Four exactly four times! Four complaints to three of your employees! Is that enough? What happened? Nothing! An exchange menu was offered. Should we wait for another 1.5 hours for the same meat? Not ONE Cent voluntary discount on the bill for this really unintentionally bad performance, only after recall, then ONE of the three inedible menus without calculation. Dear operator: Please make sure that criticism is really heard on site and such conditions do not occur at all. We weren't alone with that. I saw several guests holding drinks for hours because there was no food that was cooked, which seemed to be complaining to your staff. BITTE ensures that brewery returns to its past food and service quality. Today, the lower drawer was really not a snack would have let so much food go. Such a quality does not deserve the brewery!"

"Meine Bewertung bassiert nur auf den Biergarten, den Innenbereich habe ich nicht betreten:Die Bedienung ist freundlich, könnte aber etwas aufmerksamer sein. Wie ich mein Steak wollte, wurde ich nicht gefragt, kam gottseidank medium und hat somit mein Weltbild nicht zerstört.Salat gab es (noch) keinen, das wurde mir im Vorfeld gesagt. Für das gab es eine Schüssel Gemüse, was ich ok fand.Die Sauce war etwas zu salzlastig, aber noch im Rahmen des genießbaren.Das Inventar ist durchschnittlich (wie gesagt: Aussenbereich), der Blick auf die Saar ist natürlch das Highlight hier."
