"I checked this restaurant before and found the food excellent. in this matter, however, it is not a review of the food (as we did not have) but a commentary on the organization of the restaurant. my sohn reserved a table for 8 o'clock....We were on the way there when the bus in which we were caught in very heavy traffic and came about 10 minutes late to find that they had given our table someone else, despite the fact that they had a phone number when the booking was made and so easily tried to contact us to check if we were coming, they did not. the only unavoidable places were at the bar I found extremely uncomfortable, so we left. I can understand that they release a reserved table when people were not shown after half an hour, but 10 minutes seem to wait a ridiculously short time. there was little in the way of apology and attitude when we arrived was very one of them to take them or leave them. as I said in the title unprofessional"
