We were willing to travel about 30 minutes from home to sample it and it was all worth it!We started by sharing a cesar salad with homemade vinaigrette and crispy pancetta.We were in the mood for pizza. All pizza are individual size. I ordered the Toscana (sweet tomato sauce, arugula, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, fiore di latte, parmesan petals and balsamic reduction). Are you salivating yet? Wait!My husband had the Carnivore (tomato sauce, mozzarella, pancetta, pepperoni, italian sausage, and italian cooked ham. Another homerun!The dough was perfectly baked. They also have gluten- free dough.Busy restaurant. The owner came over to our table to wish me a happy birthday ( there were a few that night.) The food is excellant ( this is not our first time here) and the waiters are very informative and friendly. Even if it is not on the menu you can ask if they can do it, chances are they will be able. The wine list is a good one, they even have good ones by the glass. Make a reservation so you will not be dissapointed if you get there and there is no place."
