"Went here with my friends after not visiting for years and we were pleasantly surprised. Our drinks were good and the treats were also good. There are so many options of things to order. I don’t know what lemonade/drink I ordered but it was delicious and refreshing. I recommend going in the evening time because there are fewer people and more tables to sit and enjoy your treats and drinks."

"Came for the Ramen a smoothie, once received, were amazing.However, the experience was tainted by a series of service mishaps. My Ramen initially had egg, to which I'm allergic, despite the menu clearly indicating its absence. Although corrected, it took 40 minutes from ordering to receive the right dish. My smoothie arrived simultaneously, which meant a long wait. After finishing, I waited for over 35 minutes to get my bill, even after multiple reminders. I expressed my feedback, hoping for at least a small gesture for the inconveniences, but was met with indifference.Sadly, despite the delicious food, I won't be returning due to the lackluster service"

"I worked here for 6.5 years and with this recent ‘wave’ of management, triple o’s has become an awful organization to work for. This place is not on the inside, what it seems to be on the outside. If it weren’t for the hard working cashiers, cooks and prep cooks, this place would be in shambles. Upper management forged my signature in order to pass a work safe BC audit, I still have the picture. When i found out, to my surprise, the manager said its something they needed to do. When i had a conversation with the manager, he said it wasn’t a big deal and only i’m making a big deal about it. Gaslighting. The business consultant did absolutely nothing about it. This is the same business consultant who said said she would fire me when i first started because i put an extra scoop of strawberry ice cream in, what she didn’t see, to be a liquidy milkshake. The employees are not trained well despite their best efforts. They try their hardest and most of them are incredibly kind yet they’re expected to watch hours of videos and then, like a fish in water, plopped onto the floor without much operationalized instruction or guidance. Other senior employees are expected to ‘train’ the new hires, which is not only unsafe, but also adds more on the plate of the trainer and decreases their ability to provide good service which then affects customer service. You could most likely make a complaint about your food, and be granted your request because of lack of standards the organization has when tracking complaints. In addition, for years we’ve had customers, mainly the elderly, ask us why the floors are slippery. We were told there would be a renovation and this is then what we told customers. The renovation happened and the floors were never changed. In addition, the quality is questionable, fries would smell awful, one time the lettuce had bugs in it and even the eggs would be used after its 1 day expiration period. In the past eggs were cooked fresh. Prices have skyrocketed, yet employee wages seemed to stay the same. Portion sizes of poutine, parm fries and cajun fried have decreased. I won’t be surprised if the sizes of other products start to decrease. Just goes to show you what the organization values.As a customer, you’re better off giving your hard earned money to a place where there is a higher likelihood of getting good service through the organization’s good efforts in training its employees better and promoting psychologically safer practices in the workplace. Never have i every thought i would experience such an atrocity, especially after my 6.5 years of working here including through Covid, snow days, and even my workplace injury."

"Likely the best I've been to in the Vancouver area. Good Service and decent food too. Haven't had an overcooked one or lacking sauce or fries yet.
