"We stayed at the hotel and for our first night on site, we had booked a table for three (with a child). We found this good but some flats however. with a card that highlights the products, we expected to put them on the spot. the entrance around the egg and the dish around the pig was relatively successful. On the other hand, the entrance around the salmon (mixing line with tiny pieces of salmon and vegetables on a flavourless foam) and the dish around the coddycoat have disappointed us a lot (fine cooked linet but too salted on a bed of spinach). Unfortunately we had to fall a bad day. so we wouldn't stay on our end, we wanted to go back, but we were too late, the restaurant was full. which proves that we had to fall for a bad night; We'll try again the next time we'll be around."
