"We have stopped in here a few times on our drive to or from the ferry. It's right off highway and the food is so delicious! Last week we did "to go" and it was just as yummy! They currently have a $40 sushi platter special for the summer that has a very generous amount - must call ahead at least 24 hrs for this."

"We had three in our party. We enjoyed the burger, fish and chips and clubhouse sandwich but we waited over one and a half hours for our order. Yes there was a notice to say they were short staffed but it must have been in the kitchen because there was a least 4-5 servers but obviously no one helping the cook!"

"After traveling the windy beautiful lake side road, you arrive at the very colourful John Henry's! The bright colours and picturesque setting catch your eye immediately. The general store is packed full of interesting goodies, souvenir items plus food and drinks. We went to...the cafe for brunch on the patio overlooking the harbour. The waitress we had was very nice and service was great! Best fish n chips in the area, honestly the fries were to die for (they were rosemary sea salt) MMMMM. A perfect spot for any time of day!"

"We stumbled upon the Euspiria cafe and were pleasantly surprised. We had delicious home made fresh sandwiches and ice cream cones. The baked goods looked yummy, but we didn't try any. There was inside seating with cushions on the chairs and outside patio style seating outside. The cafe is wheelchair accessible. We were not able to locate the washroom, so I can't report on the accessibility of that."

"Beautiful spot for dinner and from the moment we arrived super friendly service. We enjoyed the terrace for dinner, and we did book in advance. The food is really lovely and so well prepared. Really worth a visit. Great cocktails as well."

"We came here after a nice hike at Mount Daniel and walk at Francis Point. So glad we found this gem. It's 11 min from the Rockwater Secret Cove Resort where we stayed. The restaurant ambience is great. Beautiful art, modern decor, spacious and clean. We ordered the fish tacos, burrito, salad, churros and horchata (rice based beverage). Food came fast and everything tastes fresh and delicious! Fish is nicely battered and fried, and the mango sauce is a nice touch. Good size portions. We're well fed. Staff are smiley and it looks like a family business. You can tell they've put love of love and care into the business. There are also EV superchargers nearby. It's a great place to grab a bite while charging your car. It was a real treat. Thank you."

"Another traveller told us not to miss this little burger place. He was right. The burgers we ate were about the best I have ever enjoyed. No cut corners. Fresh quality bun and no skimping on the fillings either. We wished we had more time to go back there as the halibut and chips was also highly recommended."

"Really good pizza. Ordered a Jerry special and was loaded with toppings and a large was more than enough to feed two adults."

"Authentic gem in Madeira park. The chicken flautas with mole sauce were absolutely smashing. To be recommended is any dish with that mole sauce… truly delicious. A very nice touch was the bulldog I enjoyed with my meal an upside corona in a margarita, for those unaware. In addition, the mystery tequila beverage and the NA tamarind juice were SO tasty. I would recommend the drive, to anybody on the coast, to visit this fantastic restaraunt."
