"It is good to see that the cook was more and more courageous to try out the seasonal menu. This time there were no oysters available (from September to April, availability), but as seasonal specialities I tasted summer truffles Omelette and Gazpacho. The Omelette was delicious: light as a feather, with a generous part of the truffles and some cherry tomato inside. It was served with some salad on the top (letter mix with cherry tomato) and sad, although delicious, the salad (especially its delicious dressing) distracts my taste buds from the star of the show – the truffles... In my opinion, it would be best to serve the salad separately (or at least not on the omelet) with just one line of olive oil or a classic vinaiigrette... The Gazpacho was also delicious. – I could feel the peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers with some olive oil and vinegar. – A small surprise – some cold steamed shrimps inside just to compensate for the strong taste of spices. – Perfect for a hot day! Anyway, I was glad that the Salat Maison with shrimp was still on offer. - Delicious as always. This time the Austrian Gruner Veltiner was my great discovery. – It was perfect with the above dishes, light and fruity, with notes of minerality and pepper. And... look at the light green notes in your glass!"

"Wie jedes Jahr seit 4 Jahren feiere ich , leider alleine, meinen Geburtstag bei Da Claudio. Es ist mein Ferien - Highlight. Auch diesmal wieder. Der Blattsalat mit Flußkrebsen war köstlich, das anschließende gebratenen Steinbuttfilet ebenfalls. Das Dessert , eine Creme Brulee mit selbst gemachtem Eis rundete alles ab. Dazu ein köstlicher Gavi di Gavi. Da Claudio ist weit und breit das einzige noch bezahlbare Restaurant, das sein gehobenes Niveau konstant hält. Gut , daß es das gibt. Man könnte sonst an Fischbrötchen und Bratfisch mit Bratkartoffeln schier verzweifeln."

"Wir waren eine Woche auf Usedom und 2x in diesem Restaurant. Für uns hat dort alles bestens gepasst. Von den Getränken über die Speisen bis hin zum freundlichen Personal war alles wirklich super. Auch die Lage mitten in Heringsdorf ist super. Eine Reservierung ist empfehlenswert. Wir werden sicher dort wieder mal einkehren."

"Was ist das denn?Erst wird getan wunder wie cool man sich die Bestellungen merken kann und dann fehlen bei zwei Essen drei Zutaten. Geschmack naja wenn es welchen gegeben hätte wäre cool gewesen. Schnitzel so dick wie Schuhsohlen völlig schwarz verbrannt, Champies in Rahmsoße ohne jeden Geschmack und Bruchetta warm aus der Mikrowelle. Nie wieder sollten wir nochmal hier sein. Note 5- mit Augen zudrücken. Junge Leute die mit wenig Qualität viel Geld machen wollen."
