"Nous y sommes venus entre amis pour une des soirées Jazz qui à fait la renommée de ce restaurant. Surtout ce soir par beau temps c'était vraiment fantastique.Nous avions réservé une table près de l'orchestre (ce qui est vivement conseillé) et sommes arrivé avec 1 heure d'avance afin de profiter du beau temps et du calme (acoustique) avant l'arrivée de tous les amoureux du Jazz.Seul point négatif, il a fallut au moins 8 minutes pour l'on puisse nous désigner notre table réservée.Sinon à part cela, tout à vraiment été Parfait, nous avions un serveur, super sympa, souriant avec de l'humour et surtout très rapide, malgré le monde qu'il y avait (plein de plein).Les filets de perches étaient délicieux (peu important la provenance) et les sauces que les accompagnait également.Le tartare de saumon était également très bon et très bien apprété.Félicitation à l'établissement d'offrir un tel niveau de qualité en tenant compte du grand nombre de clients venant régulièrement savourer ces soirées musicales Jazz, tout en savourant de bon plats.
