"Loved the start of the foodie adventure, 4 food stations setup in various parts of the property. Wonderful smoked salmon with onion buds from the garden on nice soft bespoke crackers. Delicious country sausage with maple mustard and fresh herb dips. Fresh oysters with bloody mary ice. The one miss was the tacos - can't even remember if it was pulled pork or beef - too heavy on the coleslaw and couldn't taste the meat. Then there was dinner....Wonderful seafood chowder, in-house bread with 3 different spreads - favorite was the maple butter - very subtle. Delicious salad from their farm garden, AMAZING tuna done 2 ways - first Canadian catch of the season. The big disappointment was the chicken - although I loved the smoke, it was so salty one could barely eat it. The dessert was simple pound cake, done with touches of meringue, wild blueberries and tonka bean ice cream. The staff was impeccable, friendly and well-trained. I would come again but please change the salt in the chicken."
