"Ordered two cheese burgers for 2-$6 deal. Asked for a large water. Price came out to almost $10. They tried to charge me $3 for tap water. They guy at the window argued saying they have to pay for the large cups. So they don 't have to pay for the small ones? You are telling me that each large cup cost $3 more to buy for the restaurant? They charge more for tap water than they do for bottled water! I was in the drive through so it wasn 't like I was going to go get soda. The cashier then hands me my change and dumps it all over the ground. I ask the name of the gentleman with all the attitude and he said Ulessys like it says on the window! Making me know he was a big shot. I said thank you have a good day. I went home and threw away the food because I did not trust what they done to it. I 'll never be back because I will not be treated like that by someone who I 'm giving my money to. There is a reason burger king next door has a 10 car line while Hardee 's doesn 't have anything going on. You have been warned. Hopefully I save you time and money."

"This place has the worst customer service. Filled with a bunch of Karen's. I have never heard employees complain so much. If you dont like the job, just quit. I had ordered some breakfast for my church. The food was nasty. Pieces of hair in some of the burgers. We had to throw away most of the food."

"Eating is amazing and so are the workers! In the middle of the afternoon so was not busy and in a great walkable towards the pier. ordered the full monty breakfast sandwich and the smoked salmon reuben together with some mimosas. everything was great. will definitely go back!"

"Don’t order through GrubHub for a carry out orders. There are 3-4 iPads that were sitting on the counter turned off that I’m assuming are for online orders. After trying to get the issue resolved for 15 minutes and showing the staff member the receipts it wasn’t worth the hassle. Would not recommend and will not go back."

"Had just moved down to St. Pete for work with my wife and had this place recommended to us. Food was great! Margaritas were yummy too although varying in “strength levels”. However, our waitress was very slow to offer us drinks and provide us service. She also refused to look up and make eye contact when talking to us and taking our orders which I thought was odd. However, she seemed like she had a busy day and we did make our reservation for 45 minutes before closing time, so I'm sure she was just ready to return home. Food came out quick and was delicious! Will definitely be returning."
