"Owner called Nihat, of this restaurant is extremely rude and obnoxious. Never going again. I went there with my husband and my daughter who is 4 years old. It was my husbands birthday and wanted to take him out for dinner. As I was passing him on my way back to the table with my daughter he tutted at my daughter as apparently he thought she was in his way and was extremely rude. my husband mentioned it to him and his reply was to ask to take my husband out for a fight…. !!! What sort of a person does this especially as he can clearly see we were a family. Horrible horrible man"

"Tasty fish options. Accommodating with my shellfish allergy. Great service. I enjoyed the ambiance, good music and being able to see the kitchen. "Visited last week for lunch with a group of friends. Plenty of choices on the lunch menu. I had stuffed mushrooms followed by veal milanese. I then had the chocolate fondant for desert. Great service"

"Grim. There was ONE waitress serving food in the whole place, plus one guy who was probably the owner swanning around chatting to his mates and giving the one waitress a hard time because she couldn’t do the work of three people. Food took well over an hour and two tables that arrived after us got their food before us. Drinks service was also painfully slow. Food when it did arrive was good. This place doesn’t seem to know what it wants to be. Felt like we were in the back of a bar where diners weren’t really welcome. Lots of people were complaining, we left as soon as we could and you couldn’t pay me to go back."

"Had the sirloin steak with rustic fries, Mushroom sauce, all went down well. Friends had the burgers enjoyed their food too. Just a shame that the only beef steak they do os sirloin. Also no mac cheese on the menu, a little limited on options."

"Fantastic place with comfortable wooden seating benches, pillows along the windows seating, eclectic posters and decor and buzzy but not overtly loud or obnoxious convo happening. Although £12 for my lentil burger made me blanche, the generous sides of salad and housemade slaw (I asked for no fries nor burger bun) made it all worth it. There’s so much on the plate I boxed half for home (I had drank a smoothie before I had arrived here). The slaw in particular is divine: it doesn’t have that gross mayo gloppiness I usually despise. It’s quite fresh. There’s a lovely vinaigrette on the greens and the burger has a moreish artichoke sauce. The staff is friendly as are the customers; dog-friendly too!"
