"The char-grilled hot dogs were delicious! The hot dogs had a nice snap when you bite into them. The Splits (fries and onion rings) were delicious too. The homemade onion rings were ahhhh-mazing. Gotta make another pit stop before I return to VA Beach!"

"I attended an event in the area and was looking for a restaurant close by for dinner. Decided to try this restaurant and im glad I did. Food was good but I do wish the wings were a bit more crispy. Pizza was very good and my server was very friendly. Glad I decided to have dinner here. If I'm in the area again I'll stop here for dinner."

"I was in the area and came upon this restaurant and bar. Started out with a big ditch hayburner ipa to quench my thirst. Pretty decent menu. They're known for seafood however Im trying a classic beef on weck. Cooked rare with horseradish on the side. As a longtime buffalo resident I was not excited with the bun on my sandwich it was kimmelwick with the caraway seed and salt on top. But it was a soft bun almost like a supermarket bought bun. That being said it was fine just not what I expected. The beef was tender if a tad overdone for my taste. My server showed me the sliced beef before it was made into a sandwich but the kitchen left it in the au jus a little too long but tender and tasty just the same. French fries were good not greasy and went well with the malt vinegar I requested. A couple of dill slices on the side were delicious. I will return to see how the seafood dishes are prepared."

"Sorry to say that John 's has faltered in the past couple years. Used to be the best and my go to place, but they 've raised prices beyond their competition, the subs are significantly smaller than before, and they now add a surcharge if you use a credit card. We now patronize the other local places that are trying harder to provide good value."

"My friend and I were there yesterday, it was delicious!! I had two tacos that were corn and I am gluten-free and I have the soft shell and it was delicious and I got no reaction to all my only complaint is the Wi-Fi that I asked the server if they happen to know what the password was and their answer was” I don’t know “ personally thought that was a bit rude. I usually mean when I asked someone when I went to other places to get the Wi-Fi, even if they don't know if they at least check or at least someone tell me that I am the password. they were okay otherwise, but if they want people to be able to connect with the Wi-Fi, they should at least have the password available otherwise great place and food"

"I usually like checkers but it was late at night again and my friend and I were hungry, and this is probably one of the places I mentioned earlier but they were closed inside so we went through the drive-thru and then there were two young men standing there right at the drive-thru where you order and said you can't use the drive-thru and it just turned out to be a disaster because we never got any food from there!!! ? I did not specify that they were not hoodlums or anything but they were correct I suppose cuz I just told my friend let's just go somewhere else.."
