"Tijdens onze vakantie 2x wezen eten bij Victor Hugo. De eerste keer was alles perfect. Heerlijk eten, leuke vlotte bediening. Volop genieten. Hierop gereserveerd voor de week erop en nogmaals wezen eten. Nu wederom heerlijk eten echter wel wat rommelig. Het opnemen van de bestelling duurde lang ( bijna ongemakkelijk lang ) er werd soms wat vergeten ( drinken van onze dochter o.a. ) We kregen het gerecht dat we als voorgerecht hadden besteld bij het hoofdgerecht. Kortom wat klungelig. Maar wederom heerlijke gerechtjes. We zijn helaas weer terug in Nederland maar anders zouden we het w.s. nog wel eens proberen.. !"

"On the main square you'll see this unassuming place which is great for coffee or a pastis. At lunch they serve simple traditional dishes with no fanfare, and it's exactly the French food that I love best: duck confit with potatoes, steak-frites, and whatever they have for plat du jour. Also the way it's decorated hasn't changed for the last 40 years or so, and I hope they never renovate, it's perfect. Friendly service too."
