"I ate here with a big group on our last night a high-time trip. that was amazing. we ate the traditional Croatian cuisine peka eating is prepared under a bell with open fire. the taste was different than anything I ever tried. they must order before the time because it takes all day to cook. we ordered a fish, a calf and lamb (boiled in the same vessel,) and an otopus. it comes with vegetables cooked in olive oil. if they are looking for a new experience, they visit this family restaurant. they are really great with gluten free we also order the octopus salad, and zucchini. everything was divine, I still dream of it. I can't expect it again for a day."

"Best experience I have had! The gluten free gnocchi was incredible. Gluten free bread and this amazing pudding. Every waiter knew exactly how to look after me and the service was amazing. I would eat here everyday if I could. Make sure you book days in advance!"

"what a sweet middle in hvar town! Swiss Republic hvar is exactly what this city needed and what a location, location, location! they begin the stairs up from the main square, direction fortification and bam, there they are. a corner room that is absolute perfection. loves the outside seat on the old stages with cushions or barstools along the outside wall. in the inner there are also baro stools and against space when the weather brings them in the interior. coffee is made with brando mia know-how. also tees and icy infusions are a daily menu choice. very good juices that should satisfy everyone who stops with the great selection of drinks. then most delicious vegan (and non-vegan) desserts, breakfast bowls and smoothies made fresh daily. I love that they offer alternative herbal milk, as I only use diabe ‘milk’ in my lattes/coffee. I also enjoyed the chia puddings, the juices (detox is delicious the icy and on and on. the prizes are incredibly fair. they will be surprised by the quality of drinks and foods at such great prices. the staff is so friendly and helpful. we have stopped some paintings here on hvar in the month and we were always greeted with a smile. the owner joško is also often in front of the site and he and his employees make us feel like old friends! (then, they make one fall and go to the “republic”. they will find being a totally sweet republic!"
