"Three of us wandered 14 km along the Rhine. ends at the bus stop near this restaurant, but realized bus is about 45 minutes away. we decided and dinner in this restaurant in a building from the 15th Century....March over wood from this time and how well the place has been preserved. service, eating and drinks were good. will go again when there is an opportunity."

"We thought on this place as an impromptu lunch in the beautiful shaded garden department of the restaurant on a Saturday and realized that this seemed a meeting point for people on a cycling trip in this wooded and hilly landscape. a. happy ambiente with people who whisper their time over a glass wine or beer or a cup coffee after lunch. we were served by the friendly owner-caouple hunkeler who grew up close to where I grew up many decades ago in central Switzerland. my spouse had the very good zanderchnusperli Pike-Perch-fish in teig with mixed salads. I ordered the homemade bojoying, which was served cold and looked more like a round land hunter than a sloppy, but I really am not about the local sorts of sausage in this area knowledgeable. in any case it tasted good. we also enjoyed a small carafe of a local white wine, a bergent giant x gooddel from a local weingut. a nice and relaxing break with a good little village ambiente."

"Newly renovated bar house and restaurant with simple, autentic and tasty fish dishes. whether lunch or dinner - without reservation it becomes difficult. the sevice is quiet, competent and inconsistent. the right at the right time fresh and hot served on the table. also perfect for crying. the wee are by the way very inexpensive - especially those of local winzers."

"Pampige Bedienung, Hauptgang Pouletstroganoff war für uns kein Stroganoff...dazu Gemüse mit Reis, beides war sehr sehr knackig. Zum Dessert die heusse Liebe, div. Waldbeeren due nicht heuss, sondern sehr sehr schwach warm waren.Dafür war die Kugel Eis brutal hart gefrohren..Wir waren zum 2. mal im Botanica essen , aber sicher zum letzten mal. Uns ist es das Geld absolut nicht Wert."
