"Came today to try out this new Indian restaurant HotnChilli. Happy we did. Couldn't get enough if their buffet. Delicious everything I tried was excellent. Cef came out introducing himself, and offered a specialized dessert. Wish he would have come out sooner. I was to stuffed to take him up on it. "I can't believe I've never left a review, this is years coming. This is our favorite restaurant in San Clemente. We have been coming since they opened and they somehow have gotten better and retained their amazing food. My husband and I love the small menu (that's always a good sign of a great restaurant in our opinion). You literally can't go wrong with anything you order. For starters, we love the poke bowl, the wings (and I don't eat wings normally), and the Tuscan toast. The mussels are good too! For mains If you're a meat lover, they have the best burger in San Clemente according to my husband, they also have a pastrami sandwich, I think it's a special that my husband loves as well. We also like the fried chicken sandwich and any of the salads (the only restaurant we will order a salad at because they're actually good lol) For vegetarians or vegans, the tofu bahn mi is my FAV. You could also make it a salad if you are gluten free. Also the Dal Makhani is AMAZING. Don't skip out on their fries, they're also incredible and for dessert I recommend the beignets. They have a great selection of beers, and I recommend also ordering a bottle of Rose, it's not too sweet, I've taken a picture of it I like it so much. As if the food wasn't good enough to make you come back, the staff is awesome, from the servers to the kitchen crew everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. We love it here, you will too."

"Two options of vegan froYO, if it is hot it may hit the spot. Chili was served warm-returned to heat up. Wholesome bowl was served cool(supposed to be). Asked to heat up as well. And the wholesome bowl was much better mixed in with the chili. Grassroots burger was great-my favorite of all. Though could have been hotter. I get active culture may mean something to do with low heat to keep closer to raw or keep nutrients...idk. I like food hot. Mint smoothie was awesome. Yes I ate too much food. Dining area had in and out door areas."
In pleasant weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area.

"This is THE best Pho in Orange County. The fried rice to die for. Garlic Chicken wings dinner so delicious. Short rib salad heaven and the shrimp dish is incredible. Vermicelli salad a must!! We have tried many Vietnamese places but this is the best. Ask for Tony he alone deserves 5 stars. He always makes the best recommendations. You will love it."

"Best local burger spot in town! We ordered the Biggies Burger* , the Grilled Chicken Sandwich*, which not only were delicious, but beautifully made. We also ordered the Skinny Fries*, Onion Rings* Zucchini Sticks* which were perfectly cooked and arrived crisp, as opposed to soggy. To say we were impressed is an understatement, we will definitely be back very soon!"

"I COME HERE ALL THE TIME AFTER EVERY SINGLE FIELD OP AND WHEN I CRAVE CHINESE FOOD!!! My girl and I love it so very much and the restaurant is family owned and very friendly. Food is delicious. I recommend the beef and broccoli with DINNER A combo. You can’t go wrong. As well as the sides that I have in these photos. Sorry they are Instagram edits."
