"It has been a long time since we have enjoyed a dining experience as much as we did this past weekend at Blue Hill Stone Barns. We arrived at the restaurant from a wonderful meandering road that snakes its way through the farm property. The Valet was prompt and the Maître d’ exhibited a kind of palpable enthusiasm that we've rarely seen at similar restaurants. The main Dining Room was romantically lit and the sound level made it easy to converse. Our waiters and sommelier (Alex, Christina, Zi and Charles) made a real effort to answer our questions and to explain each course as it was presented. We had the unexpected opportunity to enjoy one course in the Kitchen with Chef Dan Barber and his team. It was great to see how the they communicate and work as a team. It was a pleasure to experience the Chef’s vision composed from beginning to end. We have tried tasting menus over the years at many fine restaurants and most often we are still hungry at the end of the meal, or tipsy from the lack of food! The full tasting menu was delicious, satisfying and varied in its flavors. Service 5 stars, Food 5 stars. Attitude 5 stars. We highly recommend the full tasting menu experience. Highly recommended!"

"OMG why haven't I gone here sooner...what an Amazing place..food was outstanding. Chili is perfect . I went with the Horsemans burger and so did my buddy..ok we both thought this was one of the best burgers we ever had..well seasoned. Went perfectly with a draft beer. Plus it was 17 bucks for a 10oz Burger..topped with bacon cheese and chili and you got fries...a steal these days. We had 5 people with us and everyone loved what they had. Winner winner burger dinner. Place you Must try..they also have a beer garden and music in the back great for those summer nights. Great staff to boot. I will be going back..probably more than once."

"I wasn't disappointed after I found her wrong. The food was freshly ordered and well seasoned. I have Chicken Tacos and some Beef and Chicken Empanadas. Fast and political service and price was appropriate. I asked for spicy sauce on the side and it was there. I'm definitely back."

"What a great experience. We walked the grounds before our dinner, maybe bring hiking shoes because the trails are uneven. Really nice. The food was very good but the tenderloin was luke warm, same for the coffee. The heirloom tomato dish was a little bland. We really like the squash. Staff are very attentive and helpful.
