"I've eaten here about 5 times, the staff is the epitome of kind and accommodating. Polite and courteous. The burgers are all amazing I've tried a different one each time and have loved every bite. If you like a good burger this is one place that shouldbe at the top of everyone's list. I have no doubt that the locals already know so this is more for those passing through thearea. Will absolutely be back again and again."

"Definitely check your order before you leave. My order two Friday's was incorrect got home and found out. NO more Culver's in GraysLake. I work hard all week-long hard for the money. I'd like to enjoy good fish on Fridays. It doesn't work out at this restaurant."

"Fred's Diner is a nice establishment to grab a bite at 225 Center St, Grayslake, IL 60030. Be aware that it's first come, first serve. There are a few booths in the front with a bar countertop as well as two seater booths along the wall. We ordered the vegetable omelette and the ham cheese omelette. To add cheese is 50 cents more and to add meat is a $1.00 more. You can have either three pancakes or two pieces of toast with your omelettes. Feel free to have cottage cheese or hash browns too. The pancakes were soooo fluffy. Note, they don't have ice cream to enjoy with your pancakes."

"We drove up from about 3 hours away to visit a veterinarian specialist and they pointed us to this place to kill some time. The coffee was great and the variety of options they had for snacks astounded me. I wish we had a bit more time so we could havetried some of their food off of the menu, everything looked great. We sat inside and enjoyed looking at all of the wall artwhile we chatted and enjoyed our coffee and snacks. Parking was easy enough downtown. There were spots on the next block over. I imagine it would get more difficult during a busier time. We were right on time getting back to the vet and we're glad tohave stopped by the shop."
