"Yummy! Subs are always fresh and delicious ? 4.5 out of 5 stars. More bread options would be neat and an updated menu with prices. Beware: you have to order via a phone call; it is their system...kind of strange and kind of annoying. Otherwise it's pretty awesome!!!!!!"

"Went for lunch around 11:30 and many of the ingredients looked old. Lettuce for the salad was wilted. Fries were soggy, possibly from being packed into the container with the chicken and pita. You don't receive much chicken either considering the price for a plate, as well the amount you receive is weighed on a scale. Parking: Lots of parking"

"After bring a regular for years. The girls are fabulous and are always so happy and pleasant. For the last year to year and a half every time we go...we are disappointed...well 4 out of 5 times unhappy with the food. They always have new cooks and I suggest the owner actually hire experienced cooks who know how to cook...time the dishes so all is hot and cooked properly. Twice we had hamburger served raw in the middle, food served cold , overcooked fries that were like little pieces of wood or a salad so spicey I couldn't eat it. The salad isn't supposed to be spicy so I don't know what happened there. The servers always try to fix the problem and are so sorry but the cooks are clueless... most of them are learning how to cook . Yesterday was the last time , and as bad as I feel for the girls who are GREAT... the cooks are terrible most of the time and for what they charge the food needs to be much better. Raw hamburger.....really???? Not good...OWNER PLEASE FIX THIS OR YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS....I always support local and can't support Tom's any longer"
