"My wife and I ended eating here twice during our off-season, stay in St. Moritz. From the get-go, we were impressed by the restaurant's strict adherence to requiring proof of a pass sanitaire, and how all the wait staff were fully and correctly masked....Throughout, the staff were courteous, attentive (but not overly so) and efficient. Most seemed to speak three languages at least (Italian, German, and English). We were not disappointed by the food and the wine either. For dinner we enjoyed venison stew, and one of their less expensive wines by the glass (which was actually quite good). We were charged for water, but it was filtered water and less per liter than at many restaurants. The following day we returned for fondue, washed down with a half bottle of Fendant (a white, Swiss wine). The fondue was good and copious, served with cubes of what seemed like somewhat whole-wheat bread. The restaurant's ambiance is relaxing: the music playing in the background is subtle, and the decor attractive (with dozens of caricatures of locals on the walls). All in all, highly recommended!"

"A life experience. there are no words that even come close to explaining how beautiful, stunning and humiliating that is. the images can give him only a fraction of justity. that is something I will remember for all my days! what a good idea!"

"Die Lage des Restaurants Café Hauser in St.Moritz ist hervorragend. Obwohldie Lokalität teilweise schlecht bewertet wurde, war ich vom Essen undder Bedienung sehr überrascht. Beides war gut. Die Bestellung wurde zügig entgegengenommen und zwar trotz der Hektik um die Mittagszeit.Ich beobachtete, wie immer neue Gäste auf die Terrasse kamen umhier zu Speisen. Auch hier wurden den Gästen schnellstmöglich Tischezugewiesen. Die Terrasse ist mit Sonnenschutz reichlich gedeckt.Sehr schön. Stühle und Bänke haben Kissen. Das Essen schmeckte gut. Die Bedienung war sehr schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend.Zum Schluss noch eine feine Patisserie aus dem Laden. Das war ein Höhepunkt. Perfekt zubereitet und zart. Die Preise für St.Moritz sind moderat. Jedoch, sollten unbedingt die Innenräumerenoviert werden. Aber vielleicht kommt's ja. In einem Gastrobetriebsind Menschen am arbeiten und keine Roboter. Für das Personalgibt es sehr viele Situationen, die sind mit Stress verbunden. Ich habe das Personal beobachtet, trotz der Hektik, rannten siefast mit dem Essen zu den Tischen um die Gäste zu bewirten.Bravo.Ich kann einen Besuch im Häuser in St.Moritz sehr empfehlen."
