"Endroit rempli d histoire.Resto à la simple déco chaleureuse.Personnel très accueillant. Sympathique et disponible. Nous avons pris le menu à 6 plats.Saveurs et mélanges originaux.Belle proportion des plats.Bon timing. Vin de la ville de lausanne et pinot noir des grisons. Un régal. Tout petit bémol le resto est bruyant.A refaire avec grand plaisir."

"This restaurant serves as the training group for chefs, waiting staff, and sommeliers. The quality and complexity of the food was fantastic. Since the service was provided by students (with close supervision by highly experienced senior waiters and sommeliers, some of the descriptions of the food were limited by language barriers and lack of familiarity with the menu. Nevertheless, we enjoyed every course (we opted for the full five course tasting menu, which includes an appetizer, fish course, meat course, cheese, and dessert) including the presentation, unique flavors, high quality ingredient, and unusual combinations of Asian and other culinary influences. The wine list was excellent especially the options for many carefully selected Swiss wines and some great choices of wine by the glass including Champagne and dessert wines. All in all, a memorable and highly positive dining experience!"
