"Some very delicious wines and Kathy was awesome, very friendly and informative, could not have had a more enjoyable experience with this tasting! Left with a couple bottles, might go back for more."

"Due to the response of the owner below they didn’t like my negative review so here is a more positive response: Cute igloos for seating in cooler or rainy weather, enjoy people watching as the drive by on the highway, friendly prompt service, and tastiest of all the un tasty coffees I’ve ever had.Original review:Worst cappuccino and latte I have ever tasted. Foam was dry and added no creaminess. Coffee definitely was not espresso it tasted like third run through of a drip. Avoid if you like coffee.Looks nice but noisy even in cute igloos. Appears to be no indoor seating.Deserves no stars."

"I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. I am in Osoyoos at least once per year and stop here every time. We had the Dreamcatcher from NK'MIP Cellars next door, which is one of my favorite wines, and we ordered The Ploughman Platter to share. It was one of the best charcuterie boards I've ever had and overflowing with delicious flavors and options. A must stop next time you are in Osoyoos!"

"I would compare it with the cactus club vegan bowl, pretty tasty, but this is due to the quality of the ingredients. Still super happy to have another option in a city that doesn't have many. Service was fantastic. A little on the expensive side."

"I arrived the morning, starving. Originally, had not expected so many vegan options, but they had a fairly wide and tasty selection. ends up getting the mushroom / kartoffel croissant, pfirsich croissant, mocha muffin, chocolate chip cookie and a whole tomaten pesto focaccia for later. most of their offers are plant-based, also some gf. everything was delicious, the staff very friendly, kovid security measures were great to definitely come back. go early when they can or preorder when they run fast."

"I know this is not a fast food restaurant and they were fairly busy, but when you are just stopping for lunch during a long day of driving, you don't want it to take over half an hour.It was inviting when we walked in and there is a very large covered patio area if you like to eat outside. We ordered breakfast items as sitting all day in a car does not a heavy lunch, but it took so long to get it. Once it arrived it looked good but really one dish, the Meat Lover''s Skillet, was a lot of potatoes under a little bit of meat. The Strawberry crepes were small and not much fruit in them with a large amount of shredded potatoes. The French Toast was no longer hot and I love it hot!We were disappointed that we did not spend the $48 elsewhere."
In pleasant weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there is complimentary WiFi. The premises on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for guests with wheelchairs or physiological limitations.

"We visited the Diamond based on several good ratings and reviews (understanding that this is not always relevant in today’s market), but were regretfully surprised by the experience. The room is extraordinarily dated, which is the first and very least of the prospective consumer’s concern....The weathered carpets, booth seats and otherwise don’t add to the ambiance. The food; it’s passable for a roadside diner or truck stop, but barely. However, you will pay steakhouse prices. We ordered a lot of food, and without being specific, the quality of the product served is certainly not a priority here. This is especially disappointing, since there are so many opportunities to acquire fresh produce and meat from the farms nearby. As an interesting side note there were about 40 cases of their “house made vinaigrette” stored in boxes from a supplier in the hallway leading to the restrooms.. The drink; despite an elaborate menu, was frankly disappointing, after ordering some “house specialties” that turned out to be sugary variations of otherwise classic cocktails. The service; sincere, and somewhat intuitive. Certainly the only redeeming quality of the experience. Overall, as a “top rated” restaurant in Osoyoos, I say this is boldly erroneous, and I concede that online platforms are primarily to blame, but COME ON PEOPLE! Clearly a lack of competition, and an aging market share has contributed to their success, but I fear this will not last forever. Hopefully there is still time for the Diamond to change it’ ways."
