"We just arrived from a motorbike ride through the alps and Germany. We stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of a family member, and the truth is that both the rooms and the restaurant are fantastic, the site is beautiful, the very rich food and friendly service and eager to help (they only speak German, and we chat English). The only criticism is that when we arrived we were expecting a receptionist with a few friends' faces and very bad humor, we don't know if they are due to having an hour's deadline (on the web doesn't show up) or what, but it felt fatal that after 6 hours on the bike they won't even receive you with a simple willkommen. So angry was the girl who just walked in to our room and left the key on, didn't tell us about the breakfast schedule, or anything. the next morning we had breakfast and she was back at the reception, so the farewell was very abrupt, telling me the amount of the invoice and point, nor said goodbye. So we have checked these days in German, people in general are more dry than we are, but they are compensated with a professionalism that is almost always at the highest level. It's a shame they leave you with a bad taste of mouth in such a beautiful environment."

"We were here for a Christmas party.
