"We were on 13.3.2020 after the funeral of my mother-in-law in the Kreuzsaal to take the lunch in the narrow family and friendly circle. I'm really amazed at the many good reviews. I think that gives us the feeling that they depend on them. but falsely despised, because we will not recommend this house with certainty! the personal was friendly but has no warning from the service. at all, everything has been very unprofessional and simply came over 08:15. no proper welcome, which was distributed by the 40 eating lasted about 20 minutes and was very uncoordinated. the tables were not cleared and to the close was no longer there for us by the staff. We then blow out the candles, all the lights cleared and left the cross without being passed. we are very disappointed and ask ourselves where the state and the compassion of the inactive has remained?"
