"Great okonomiyaki place that’s able to comfortably accommodate English-speaking guests. The mountain yam 山芋 okonomiyaki is the star of the shop and offers a nice gooey version of this well known dish. The mountain yam compliments the protein very well and also elevates the crunchiness of the fresh vegetables in the batter. The bit of mustard that they add is a must as the tangy spiciness adds a great balance to the dish. The more common flour version is also available but pales in comparison to the more interesting yam version. Nonetheless, it is still an option for those who aren’t brave enough to try something slightly uncommon. The staff are super friendly and helpful with giving recommendations as well as making sure that all in the queue are comfortable. The restaurant is also very chill about guests taking pictures of the place."

"Really enjoyed coffee here. The location is really strategic. Located in the middle of busy street Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Really easy to spot. A lot of people and also foreigners come here to take a rest after a long stroll in Osaka. Services were great, the staffs are kind-hearted, always smile. Also attached to Tsutaya, the bookstore and you can read for free while drinking starbucks."

"Couldn't fault this place they did a nice and balanced cappuccino even better than we'd get in 95% of places in Australia! And the local pour over blend was the best I've ever had. We'd also recommend a piece of the chiffon cake it was very fluffy! +1 also for customer service and great vibes."

"Great place. It 's small and cosy, but a bit easy to walk past if you aren 't careful. The owners are friendly and happy to answer questions. As others mentioned, they understand vegan and can point out any bread to avoid. Kanji for allergens like milk (for the breads with cheese or cream cheese) are also written on the labels. Flavors of breads are written in hiragana/katakana. I thought the prices were quite reasonable; the breads are around 200-300円 a piece, so a tray full of six or seven breads was around 1700円. There 's a good variety of flavors that are vegan, considering how hard it can be to find even plain vegan bread sometimes, so this place is a great treat. I 'd be here every day if I lived nearby."
