"Literally the worse Panera in the area. I?ve called and complained but at this point they need new management. The manager doesn?t do anything to make you feel compensated in any way. She just makes excuses. From basic things like notifications foronline orders/ rapid pick up and the food itself are always a disappointment or problem. Today I had it, my sandwich wasterrible. Bread was dry and hard. Salad which was a full salad was half way full. Higher management needs to get involved!"

"We are from West Virginia and we came through on vacation to take the Ferry. We stopped in after a long day of driving and we got the zucchini fingers and Salmon and penne dish. It was all amazing! The man who took our order packaged our food nicely so we could travel with it on the ferry. All of the food was incredible and fresh. We are planning another trip this summer to explore the town and we will absolutely be back!!"
