"We went there after a long day at Percé and had to come back an hour later since it was full. When we came back we were sorry to hear that the restaurant had run out of pretty much everything but we could still order a very very good gaspesian speciality. The owner explained the reasons for his limited menu (mainly because he only uses fresh ingredients and sometimes he can't get everything he needs and prefers not serving instead of serving precooked food from the local market). All in all, THE restaurant you have to go to if you want to eat fresh food expertly cooked."

"I had bouillibase which was uninspired and lacking in flavor. Seemed that the broth was watery and had canned vegetables in it. Looked much better than it tasted. Came with smoked salmon, lemon merinque pie and tea.. the best part of the meal. very cute place and service was great. Beautiful view as well. It could be great."

"Seafood chowder was the best we have had. Recommended! The seafood platter for two was delicious. Expensive, yes, but good seafood is expensive. Gaspésienian-style cod was just ok, but needed a little more flavour. The chocolate tart was good with the walnut crust. The key lime pie was very tart, which is how I like it."

"Fabulous food, service and view what you want? This is a nice little restaurant in Perce on the water. Our waiter was informed about food and beverages and was particularly interested in meeting our nutritional requirements. Talking English was not a problem for the staff and we were very welcome. Recommend the Risotto and the Lasagne."

"Ordered the fisherman’s soup, scallops with butter, scallops with cream and the spaghetti with meat sauce for the kids. Extremely disappointing spaghetti with small pieces of meat, was mostly tomato sauce. The butter scallops had a measly 6 tiny scallops….for $39 with a side of rice and garden salad….no vegetables. The fisherman soup was a generous portion with a mix of seafood. It was also my birthday and unfortunately the restaurant failed to really make it feel special unfortunately. We only had one opportunity to have a dinner in Perce and I wished we chose any other place. Not recommended."
