"Ethos is the perfect holiday destination. The hotel is stunning with so many beautiful design choices. We were in the Superior Suite, so the sunrise of our private roof jacuzzi was a holiday highlight. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the city centre, but not too loud in the night. The food was incredible, super fresh and generous portions. The best hosts are Coskun and Artemis incredibly welcoming, friendly and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. I can't get Ethos back enough if you're considering Santorini."

"The personal was really helpful to ensure that my experience was gluten-free. when I ordered something that usually came with pitta, they gave me rice and brought me rice to have the usual free bread and dive. they showed me gf options in the menu, although not gf marked elements. they brought us free desolation, my friend had a free cake and I had a few free fruits. very beautiful staff they feel like family and were very accommodating gf"

"Spectacular sunset view of the santorini caldera from above the sea, in tandem with unusually creative pairings and presentation of the various offers, make this a unique culinary experience. the Greek word chroma (color) is chosen to fit, as all dishes are offered in the menu under a thematic color selection, which makes for an interesting way of ordering entrees by color alone. the service is attentive and friendly to any wise and fulfills the experience. this is one of the rare places that it is really worth visiting more than once during their stay at santorini. I just can't say enough beautiful things about this place. in short, they cannot go wrong when booking a reservation here."
