"The ribeye was tender and flavorful. The green beans tasted freshly picked, and were prepared perfectly. The pastrami was described by my wife, formerly a chef of thirty years, as the best pastrami she ever had."

"You can get the vegan pizza with or without Daiya mozzarella cheese. The woodfired flatbread comes topped with kalamata olives, carmalized onions, and mushrooms. The organic salad is fresh and the dressing is deliciously vegan. You can add more veggies of your choosing to both the salad (just a warning though the more toppings you add, the heavier your slice will be, making the thin crust pizza more difficult to eat without a fork and knife). The North Conway location also has several kombucha flavors on tap to enjoy with your dinner! Staff is very accomodating if you need to make a change to your order or customize your meal. You won't leave Flatbread Pizza Co. feeling hungry, that's for sure!"

"A few vegan options here, with good service and an attentive staff. Had the Buddha bowl that was disappointing after reading the description of interesting flavor combinations on the menu. It was in the bland side, consisting of mostly quinoa and sweet potato, but adding some sirracha sauce helped pep it up. Would have liked more kale, cilantro other fresh ingredients for a $21 bowl. My husband, a non-vegan, really enjoyed his meal. Portions are huge. Both of us ate half of our dinner entrees and took home the rest to have for lunch the next day. Tried the vegan brownie which I thought was too sweet, but my husband loved it. Drinks were good and reasonable priced. The vibe was welcoming after a long day of travel."

"White Mountain Hotel, more specifically Hale's Location golf course is truly a great experience. What an amazing golf course- always in great shape. The prices are a bit high for 9 holes. I played the Omni Mount Washington course 2 days earlier and the price for 18 with a cart was cheaper than 9 at Hale's Location. Location: 5"

"This has been by far, one of the worse dining experiences we’ve ever had. I was honestly excited as their description sounded really interesting and the pictures of their dishes on their website looked really nice. I ordered the vegan “meatloaf”. It was dry and flavorless and it’s side, a “blob” of mashed potatoes that were even more dry, steamed Brussel sprouts was what had some taste for dls! My husband got the surf and turf another horrendous and expensive vegan meal so we switched to the pork chop, for dls we got an incredibly dry and tough piece of meat accompanied by the most rubbery and inedible clams. We also ordered the broccoli soup, which again had no taste. The kids hotdog had a crumbly bun and couldn’t eat it together with the sausage. They replaced the bun with a hard piece of bread and some butter. We paid dollars for this. We talked to the owner about the experience and they still charged us for every single thing. We’ve worked in the hospitality industry for many years and when something like this happens, it’s part of the manager’s or in this case, the owner’s responsibility who was the hostess last night to rectify the situation. I still can’t believe we’ve paid so much for such bad bad bad food"

"Stopped in for a late lunch, we had an order of mozzarella sticks and each got a seafood platter,and a beer. When we left we were definitely full and took home left overs. staff was great with friendly speedy service. "Ended up eating here as Chipotle had a hand-made sign saying closed. Got the taco sampler which the staff didn 't seem quite sure how to make. My partner and I both ordered the same meal but had different ingredients on each of our plates. Meat was well cooked and flavorful. Taco shells were not toasted so they had a rubbery consistency. Horchata was watery, but had decent cinnamon flavor. Overall, it was decent, but I wouldn 't go back."
