"This bistro was recommended to us by the proprietors of the local hotel “Le Lyon Vert” in Commentry where we were staying for three nights. It had a lovely atmosphere with locals chatting at the bar and a small restaurant area. The food was reasonably priced with good portions. There were dishes other than pizza and one night I had the home-made beef burger just made from “bœuf hâché” (minced steak). It was served on an artisan bread bun and there was a large variety of additions. It was served with lovely chunky chips and salad. My husband had a lovely sirloin steak served with potato cubes fried with herbs and garlic and fresh vegetables. The next evening we both had pizzas which were excellent with thin crusts and absolutely full of quality toppings. Each evening we shared a 50cl carafe of local red wine which was absolutely excellent."

"Kebab super good, but tacos bof bof... I asked for steak and patty, I had blue cord instead of steak, there was salad and tomatoes... The salad with heat had cooked and the tomatoes humidified the fries inside... It was the first tacos I was disappointed... especially when we don't have what we asked... And the waiting time to review 30 minutes for 2 tacos and 1 kebab... It's a little long what..."

"Repas entre amis, 1h15 pour déjeuner, arrivés 12h30 en vendredi.
