"Einstein who? These guys take their bagels seriously, and it really pays off. I ordered the most basic bagel, toasted plain with cream cheese... and it was good, very good. I hadn't had a good bagel in a while. Place was clean, service was good, people were nice... all in all a great experience. "Wonderful. They kept apologizing for the wait but I preferred it, when I go out to eat I?m there for the experience, the atmosphere, and to take my time. I don?t like being rushed through my meal like most American restaurants, I felt like I was back in Europe where I could actually enjoy my food and beer. They were super nice and generous, helped us with the umbrella outside to shield our two babies from the sun, they grabbed a high chair for our son even though I could tell they were pretty busy. The food was delicious, I really enjoyed the potato pancakes, I regret not ordering more of them. I am happy to find this place. It?s worth the wait times: sit down, have a beer, enjoy the company you are with."
