"As the new restaurant will be described below, there is a short summary, which is due to three visits and whose result is carried by a total of eight guests. Eating is not bad, it is well averaged and not excellent, but it is not as good as we knew it from the predecessor restaurant “Poseidon”. and as it is in life, in “El Grego” the portions are smaller and also more expensive than at that time in “Poseidon”, (example follows) ambiente was already excellent at the poseidon, but now after the elaborate faultlessness of the smell, service/response, e.g. (in particular at the wokening) is very unprofesssional/incapable and not gastorientated. was much better with the predecessor and it is not really comfortable atmosphere, despite super Greek environment. in the following a little more detailed, which led to the evaluation. on Friday 22.07.16, after a very elaborate renovation in the old train station bad nenndorf, a new Greek restaurant with the name “El Greco” enriched the spa town. in the week before, the restaurant had a kind of test phase to adapt the dishes with the kitchen and the service optimally to the guests. super idee, but unfortunately this exercise had not been on the hoped success. but later. until three months ago there was the restaurant “Poseidon”, which had only received the best results in the reviews portals. the more disappointing it was for us when the restaurant set its operation after a short time. the more we were pleased that the renovation already carried out by poseidon was further advanced by the new owner el grego. curious and full of joy, as fans of the Greek cuisine we wanted to be with the official opening. from the time we had learned that the new owner is actually an old hat, as he already has other Greek restaurants. among others the “Platia” in hannover am klagesmarkt and therefore the owner should know what today’s guests want and expect. also the proven menu including the chef should be taken over by the poseidon. in fact, everything in our sense, as guests. we were all the more disappointing after our visit, because despite the test phase, unfortunately not everything is going around and the “El Grego” is not comparable to the food quality/performance from the former “Poseidon”. as is known that the hospitable king should be, he must also define what concerns him and does not like, and we would like to say this briefly and in close order to initiate an eternal improvement process, as is known; only satisfied guests are loyal guests. the satisfaction must be regularly controlled and their criticism must be taken seriously. what we all saw, heard and experienced: with friends on the side, two foods were ordered, but a wrong delivered. the one had to start eating and the other could watch. it then took at least half an hour until the right food came. for this the other could now pay attention and that this unorganized false delivery was not a single case, we could observe especially at our last visit on a Saturday night. it went back – without exaggerated within two hours far more than five eating. the service forces were constantly shouting out loud to express their failure, and we came through our place, near the food output, all of which was with us. that was not a catch. in the same table were listed on the bill two ouzo that they did not order and receive. after the complaint they were deleted again. also on our bill, we had two ouzo additionally standing, but we were offered during eating. we thought this was a small reception of the house, but we certainly did not. that these irregularities were not individual, we were able to observe when we paid on Saturday evening in the counter when a gast with his bill came in the hand because there was a cola he had not ordered and received. we also heard that the benevolent beverage orders were remembered, but this will probably be neglected due to the present day of opening with the booked restaurant. although this day approx. 10 service personnel for the guests were in use and was also previously practiced. we had to regret that this lack of attention not only on the opening day, but also on our visit a week later on a Saturday evening. we had to wait too long to get our drinks. the service had to be called regularly, but also on this day were five services in use. and what is not at all, this is not only one of the five services, regularly travels through the restaurant to serve the guests. all this has nothing to do with a pleasant atmosphere and we have never seen anything like that. additional note: from our standpoint, this is restless, the extremely long waiting time and the intarsation of the service is due to the fact that after the service personnel none of them are responsible for a particular table, but all of them would be responsible for it. but when we wanted to order other service drinks again, they said they were not responsible for our table. what should we say? there are no clear instructions? what was personally upset was that our reservation was confirmed with a certain table on the outside terrace, but we were there before the time our table was already occupied. naja gives worse, but by good service we understand something else. this should be enough, with enough small things, e.g., that there is no greeting ouzo and no dessert in comparison to the “Poseidon”. but now our food, in comparison with the foods we know from the past restaurant poseidon: there is on the one hand the size and quality of the portions, in the example the speere of the farmer (now choiatiko.) in the poseidon, there were still three speeres and now only two have disturbed us that the baguettes were already before us. we did not know in the poseidon earlier and on the other side the prizes, in the example of 5 pieces lamm hack. in the poseidon we have paid €14.90 and now already €15.50, with about the same quality. in this menu I also missed the delicious Syrtaki sauce, on which unfortunately also not crispy pommes. where the thema so bite, in the new menu no longer appears. at ambiente, there is almost unambiguously the full score at “El Grego”. “Fast” is because, when they look more closely, there are still beauty errors everywhere. for example, there are still holes from the curtain bars via the windows or the improper closed current distribution box. also the wallpaper, already on the wall at the entrance of the toilet, and there in the toilet should be replaced by the ridiculously small paper basket, by a larger one, because it was far too small for the many guests and the paper was everywhere after a short time, etc. proves: the almost only very positive reviews of the poseidons."

"With new swing back, begins after a year interruption, the ristorante “La Villetta” reworked with new ideas and new card. what happened this time? the building complex, opposite the thermal bath, where the “La Villetta” (which was still written “La Viletta”) had its restaurant, was completely demolished at the beginning of 2015. on the free floor, after 11 months of construction, a newly designed complex with a parking deck was built for more than seven million euro. the volksbank and, among other things, a Rewe market were put down on the ground floor. the new location of the Italian restaurant "la villetta" has now been found on the parking deck, i.e. above the Rewe market. the entrance area follows from the parking lot or a staircase from the Kurhausstraße. with the new building, the “La Villetta” clearly the best of all other restaurants in bad nenndorf. through the big window fronts they have a super view over the roofs of the city. 90 seats, the former space is even bigger and much, much more beautiful. the star with its warm cream and brown tones contributes to the new glamour. an ambiente with Italian flair to feel comfortable and a kitchen that makes appetit in Italian. especially positiw we would like to mention the open kitchen that can be seen from the park deck over three windows. we visited the “La Villetta” with friends on Saturday night and found that all our dishes (noodles, pizza, fish and meat) were freshly prepared with Mediterranean touch and were a joy for all senses. but in terms of quantity, here again in comparison with the restaurants we know, the portions are already very clear. where we are for the same plate, for example 3 pieces meat, there are only 2 pieces in the “La Villetta”. but that's true that less sometimes is more. our common resümee: Italian peak gastronomy in a unique/compulsive environment. simply “very good” Italian. but as it is in life, there is also a need for optimisation. what I didn't like to be able to reserve a table, but not a certain table. this selection is reserved for the “La Villetta” where they can take a place. this is not customer-oriented or are these already American relations here in bad nenndorf? also not i.o, which opens the place exactly at 18.00 o'clock, even if the services shortly before 18:00 o'clock see that guests outside in the rain are waiting for the opening of the door. can and should be flexible with regard to its guests. Otherwise you can't ask yourself if they don't come. simply not customer-oriented and inflexible. from other guests I have heard that the service of the “La Villetta” is also difficult if they order a supplement e.g. a little brittle / baguette. in this known case it was not delivered. as we had to wait outside in front of the door, we could observe how a waiter a rod-white brot with his hands, brought to a buffet table to wrap it there in a hygienic cloth. later this waiter then, very mainly on such hygiene, dressed extra white gloves. here is the set true, only good that you don't see everything that is prepared/made. we would have expected this in this beautiful and noble restaurant, not here.
