"Most of the food here is great however, I do not understand why they add so much salt to the onion rings. Also, I really wish they were opened earlier in the morning as I do prefer their coffee to Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, they are closed when I roll through there."

"This place did not satisfy my standards and I am not hard to please. The furniture smells like it hasn't been cleaned in a while (the fabric).The washrooms (male) were not nice, the toilet was left un flushed full of waste with water leaking all over the floor and there was no hand towel left in the dispenser. The food was also disappointing, although it looked great when it came out the "homemade" beef patty was a long way from being tasty. The place looks family owned and they were not busy so this is disappointing for me as the cleanliness should have been up to scratch more. Our server was very friendly though so she gets one of the two stars I gave."

"Stopped in for breakfast with my wife. Restaurant looks old on the outside and the interior is very dated. We seated ourselves and the waittress (who I think was the owner) took her time coming to take our order. Our meals seemed to take a long time to arrive and were lukewarm. My wife had the Spanish omelette which she said was pretty bland - definitely needed the little bit of salsa that it came with. The menu boasts about their popular homemade hash browns, but they were basic potatoes fried on the grill - no seasoning, green onions, or anything to make them noteworthy. The choices for toast were white or brown - really? in this day and age? My eggs were done as requested but there was nothing special about the meal. Server was polite and somewhat attentive. We probably won't go back there again."

"It was great food in generous portions, the pub was not super busy but steady and the staff was amazing. They were attentive without being too in your face. I had the fish and chips and it was more than enough. The fries were perfect! Crisp outside but sift inside and spiced just right. The fish was delicious, great crisp batter and inside the fish was moist and flaky, perfect! The beer was cold and delicious after driving all day."
