"I went to Iwata on a business trip, so I decided to go to this shop after searching online at the end of work. I was looking forward to the Kansai style because I like the eel of the so-called Kansai-style face paris. I arrived before 17:00, but there were already 7-8 people. I entered the store at the same time as the opening, and ordered a shirato Nagi no shippo! It is a surprise that this is 200 yen. "This chain offers Hamburg which is kind of a cross between a hamburger and a steak. They make it by hand right there, no frozen stuff, and it's a very solid option if you come from a western country and are desperate for beef which is quite expensive in Japan due to protectionist trade laws. This location is usually extremely busy so come at off times. Only 3 stars because while the hamburg here is good and the price is right the vegetable sides that come with it are pathetic tiny frozen vegetables that taste terrible."

"Staff are nice. Young crowd in there. Great to have an option for veggie food in a place like hamamatsu, even if only a few dishes. The pizzas are small but this is probably the same everywhere in japan. Garlic pizza bread was a bit weird. Menu in English. Wouldn't stand up against competition in Europe but not bad."
