"A beautiful elegant fully vegan restaurant. From their menu, I've taken their set meal for 1 that included tomato soup, a small salad in amazing thousands islands sauce, pesto pasta with mushroom for the main dish, and their Crème brûlée for dessert. The tomato soup was nice, but maybe had a bit too much pepper that stuck in the throat. The salad was great with fresh vegetables and croutonswith a thick sauce that was amazing. The pasta was well-cooked and served beautifully, just needed a bit more seasoning. The Crème brûlée dessert was Very light, not too sweet, and had a good crunchy layer on top. The service was lovely and very kind, the waitress even offered me an umbrella since it stat raining outside. The restaurant is modern and fancy and has a good atmosphere."

"The famous tofu was taken away from the starter menu. Replaced by sweet corn. The tree lasagne was nothing special and just full of cheese and pasta without much eggplant and zucchini. amaranths pesto risotto was good as usual. As the famous vegan restaurant in town, the menu lacks creativity but very welcome by people looking for Michelin guide."

"Well, this place and those talent human being have been my inspiration in so many aspects. The restaurant is wonderful, the food is marvellous and delicious, the style of the place and the way they deliver the message and the concept of their vision are definitely the best. I have been at Plants several times and I can't wait to go back to Taipei just to indulge once again in this laboratory of love. I highly recommend dining at Plants. "The food and seasoning overall were quite nice but the ingredients are just very common. So for this price, I would think it is a bit expensive. And the wine pairing is just ok.. don't recommend it; cocktail is nice."
