ココス Xiān Tái Fù Gǔ Tīng Diàn

I visited this restaurant after a long time and had a great lunch deal with a soup bar included. They have a wide variety of drinks at the drink bar, and they are delicious!

I visited the restaurant after their grand menu renewal. The food has become significantly tastier than before! While it is still casual dining, it has gotten closer to a homemade taste. Especially the sauces. They are not your typical flavors, but you can really taste the dashi broth and it adds depth to the dishes. There is no hint of the artificial chemical seasonings that you often find in canned or instant foods, and it feels like a great evolution. They have also added several new menu items, so I am excited to try other things as well. There is no mention of a famous chef's supervision, so perhaps it is the result of the company's efforts? If so, that is amazing!

I often use the breakfast buffet. Even if I go before 8 o'clock, it's quite crowded. The variety is limited but satisfying. I love the self-service waffles. The bread is also delicious. They have introduced touch panels at the tables. It's much appreciated.
