We absolutely love the food here. Been here multiple times. Past few times, our bar tender was horrible. No personality, has no customer service and as no idea how to tend to anyone at the bar. Unfortunately, we no longer enjoy the delicious food here because of Jane. We have tried many times to change our last experience but every time it gets worse and worse. What Alex doesn't like about Snaps American Bistro:
I thought the service was great, the atmosphere was also amazing, but the food was not particularly outstanding. I ordered the lobster sliders that did not taste like anything more than coleslaw between two buns. It was flavorless and I almost wondered if the lobster meat came out of a can. The food here is delightful. Friendly and fast service. Everything tastes absolutely delicious. Well definitely recommend going there for brunch.

I went here tonight with my friend, we came around 40 minutes to closing time and they were nice enough to still seat us for a quick dinner. The food was amazing and the waitress was so friendly and attentive. We loved it and will definitely be back soon!
