I went for the crab cakes— was told this place is a sister location of boxhill, and my coworker raves about boxhill. Crab cakes were a miss for me. More filler than I like and no flavor— I think I even spotted red peppers. Greek salad was good as was the cannoli. I’d go again, but not for the crab cakes. View all feedback.
Wow ordered to go last night online went into the store asked for my food mind you it was late i think I was the only customer in the store all staff was standing behind the counter doing nothing the girl asked my name for my order even opened my bag I thought she was accounting for what I ordered to make sure it was all in the bag got home and they forgot my rice pudding no problem so I called and asked for a refund for the rice pudding that I didn’t receive the woman on the phone told me oh people just grab it out of the desert case but I will still give you a refund though..made it seem like it was my fault she didn’t put my desert in my bag that I ordered and already paid for lol I have never been here and haven’t ordered Togo before I wouldn’t have known that l was supposed to reach into a desert case and take the rice pudding..lol anyway I went to eat my dinner the crab cake was runny in the middle , no flavor garlic bread was awful more like a rubbery pice of bread I had to throw the whole dinner away other than the coleslaw 31.00 for a dinner that wasn’t edible rude customer service things are too expensive now adays and when you want to splurge on yourself every now and then you don’t want to pay for rude customer service and nastyfood and that’s what I received here for my 31.00 thanks Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
