Recommending but can be much better if it is compared to other Novotel Hotels .. Food can be improved! Susmita from Reception and Bhagwan from Housekeeping are best and made us comfortable. Rest of the staffs specially the reception team need to be more courteous. Room service Team definitely needs some training read more.
