What User likes about Hilton Albany:
This Hotel is in a very old historic building. That being said, they have remodeled it beautifully. The rooms are clean, and the people are fantastic! I was worried being a female traveling alone, but I felt comfortable and safe after arriving. Where do I start? The staff are not properly trained at all, I asked a staff member whether there were stairs to the lobby from the upper floors, and this person didn't even know. The staff were the kindest people I could ever ask for, this is not a knock on the workers who clearly don't get trained enough to do their jobs, we were waiting for 2 hours to get 2 extra bath towels.
